Direction to use
1.Thaw the beef wellington in 4 degree refrigerator to defrost for 12 hours, remove all the packing before cooking
2.Preheat oven at 220 degree
3 Place the beef wellington on a preheated tray lined with greaseproof paper
4 Brush the pastry with beaten egg and pierce holed using a fork for several times
5 Place baking tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven with the time suggested below
6 Allow to rest for 15mins before serving
Cooking Time: Medium Rare : 35 mins
Medium well done: 40 mins
